Market picking up ?

Spring time is traditionally the period in the property market when activity picks up. There are signs that here in France, that Spring is coming early, as we have had a flurry of potential buyers including Swiss, Belgian, Dutch plus of course the expected French & British clients. There are clear signs that the French property market has "bottomed", many clients see this as a good opportunity to buy, with some vendors still being negotiable on price. We will know which properties are negotiable and which are not. The last few weeks have seen some very interesting properties coming on to our books, including several new gîte properties with excellent income track records, a great B & B property, a quality apartment in a very sought after location, and many more. The only way to be sure of being alerted to these opportunities is to build a good relationship with your agent. Don’t be afraid of asking for our help – that is why we are in business !
